All account holders have the ability to edit their own personal details within their account profile and to view and edit profile information that is made public through the social media groups or forums.
If an account holder wishes their account profile and data deleted from the online learning platform, then that request must be made in writing, and you must provide evidence that you are the account holder.
Personal Information and data will continue to be held until we are satisfied that the account profile has not been accessed for 24 months and if possible, confirm this with the user. Once satisfied then the account profile and data will be deleted. Statistical information in an aggregated and non – identifying form may continue to be held.
